Coach Josie 

This is her first year coaching for Oil City Volleyball Club. Through her past coaching experiences, she has grown to know she loves helping athletes develop confidence, discipline, and a genuine passion for volleyball. One coaching accomplishment she is especially proud of is the strong sense of community she's built within her teams. Creating an environment where athletes feel supported, connected, and valued is incredibly rewarding, and it’s something she intentionally work to cultivate every season. Her favorite part of coaching is watching athletes grow both on and off the court. She brings positivity, focus, and energy to every practice and match.
